摘要

目的:探讨斑蝥、白芥子用于天灸疗法时的发泡规律

找出控制发泡程度的条件。方法:选取健康受试者175人随机分为5组

观察不同药物或药量的发泡率、发泡时间、发泡大小及疼痛程度。结果:同种药物不同剂量组的发泡率差异有显著性意义(P<0·05)

发泡时间差异无显著性意义(P>0·05);不同药物组发泡时间差异有显著性意义(P<0·05)

斑蝥组发泡时间长;每穴0·05g药物组所发的泡大于每穴0·01g药物组(P<0·05);各组间的疼痛率存在差异(P<0·05)

以每穴用0·05g白芥子的疼痛率最高。结论:斑蝥、白芥子的发泡规律不同

临床应用时可用贴敷药量和时间控制发泡程度。
