摘要

目的观察针药结合治疗特发性震颤的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机对照试验方法

26例特发性震颤患者分为治疗组13例(给予针刺加西药治疗)和对照组13例(单纯西药治疗)

进行6周临床观察。治疗前后分别进行震颤评分

并观察不良反应。结果两组治疗前后震颤评分自身对照差异均有极显著性意义(均P<0.001);治疗组总有效率为84.6%

优于对照组的61.5%(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应轻微。结论针药结合治疗特发性震颤是一种安全有效的方法。
