摘要

目的:提出一种耳鸣疗效评价方法并观察针刺与脉冲刺激对主观性耳鸣的疗效。方法:在耳门或听宫或听会、翳风、神庭、百会、聪耳1

等穴位处行连续多点脉冲刺激

隔日1次

每周3次。自制“耳鸣问卷调查表”

根据治疗后分值的变化

评价其疗效。结果:98例患者中痊愈11例

显效36例

有效28例

无效23例

痊愈率为11·2%

总有效率为76·5%。结论:针刺与连续多点脉冲刺激治疗主观性耳鸣疗效较为显著。
