摘要

目的探讨子午流注原络配穴法对运动性损伤的治疗效果及其对经络状态的影响。方法将符合诊断标准的90例患者随机分为子午流注原络配穴组(A组)、常规取穴组(B组)、药物外用组(C组)

每组30例

采用穴位诊断治疗仪测量治疗前后十二经原穴的导电量

观察3组治疗前后经络状态的改变及临床疗效。结果A组的临床疗效优于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论子午流注原络配穴针刺法对改善运动性损伤者的疼痛等临床症状有良好作用

可使失衡的经络趋于或恢复平衡。
