摘要

目的:观察针刺结合高压氧的综合疗法对脑梗死患者平衡功能的影响。方法:采用随机对照方法

72例患者分为治疗组和对照组各36例

对照组采用常规药物加高压氧治疗

治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加针刺治疗

以Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分为标准观察治疗前后脑梗死患者平衡功能的变化。结果:两组治疗后平衡功能均有改善

但治疗组更为显著(P<0·01)

并且运动功能提高快于对照组(P<0·01)。结论:针刺结合高压氧的综合治疗方法可整体同步康复脑梗死患者感觉、运动功能

明显改善患者平衡障碍

尤其对伴有视、听等感觉障碍的脑梗死早期患者疗效独特。
