摘要

目的:探寻治疗小儿热性惊厥的有效疗法。方法:将70例热性惊厥患儿随机分成两组

针药组(36例)采用针刺醒脑开窍法以水沟穴为主

配合鲁米那肌肉注射、安定静脉推注;药物组(34例)单纯采用肌肉注射鲁米那、安定静脉推注。观察两组疗效、止惊起效时间及复发率。结果:针药组总有效率为86.1%

优于药物组的79.4%;在止惊起效时间上

针药组明显短于药物组(P<0.01)

且针药组复发率低于药物组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合肌肉注射鲁米那、静脉推注安定治疗热性惊厥是一种快速、有效、安全的方法。
