摘要

颈肩综合征为临床上常见疾病

现代医学尚无较好的治疗方法

针灸治疗有较好的疗效

但因治疗不当容易迁延不愈。笔者认为治疗此病应先详细辨证

重视脉诊

结合局部切诊及经络触诊

选取合适的穴位;针刺操作不追求得气为先

而以候气为要

结合温针以为治;兼阳气不达四末者

先温补脾肾之阳

再开四关(合谷、太冲)以畅达阳气

后进行颈肩部的辨证施针。
