摘要

目的:探讨针刺转复阵发性心房颤动(房颤)及心房扑动(房扑)的可行性。方法:将80例房颤及房扑患者随机分为治疗组(40例)与对照组(40例)。治疗组针刺内关、神门、膻中等穴;对照组静脉注射胺碘酮

观察两组复律情况及安全性。结果:治疗组转复率85·0%

对照组转复率67·5%

两组复律成功率比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0·01);治疗组转复时间(39·6±13·7)分钟

对照组(50·1±14·8)分钟

二者比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0·01)。治疗组未见明显副作用。结论:针刺是一种快速转复阵发性房颤、房扑的安全、有效疗法。
