摘要

得气是针刺疗法取效的关键。本文就得气的意义及如何辨气、如何得气做了初步探讨。得气是术者与患者在针刺过程中对针刺的具体感应。“气之至也

如鱼吞钩饵之浮沉;气未至也

如闲处幽堂之深邃”。辨气要分辨正气(谷气)、邪气

辨虚实、寒热。操作手法是以杨继洲的十四法为纲

简要述之

如循法之催气、按法之行气、盘法之和气。同时对迎随补泻亦做了阐释

从进针之法、行针之法、出针之法

都对如何“得气”做了初步阐述。
