摘要

目的:探讨隔姜隔盐灸法治疗中风后排尿功能障碍的疗效与安全性。方法:将82例脑卒中(包括脑梗死、脑出血)恢复期排尿功能障碍患者

按入院顺序随机分为两组

治疗组使用神阙隔姜隔盐灸法及常规针刺治疗

对照组使用常规针刺治疗。实际完成试验75例

其中治疗组39例

对照组36例。均每周治疗5次

连续治疗3周观察疗效。结果:隔姜隔盐灸法在改善患者日平均排尿次数、护理者夜间平均被叫起次数、患者白天平均急迫性尿失禁次数、患者夜间尿失禁人次等排尿障碍症状方面

以及提高尿失禁等级方面均优于对照组

相关指标差异有显著性意义(P<0·01

P<0·05);对于预防泌尿系感染

治疗后治疗组较对照组泌尿系感染发生率低

但差异无显著性意义。结论:隔姜隔盐灸法是治疗中风后排尿功能障碍的安全、有效、简便、适于推广的疗法。
