摘要

目的:探讨针药结合治疗高血压复合高脂血症(CMHH)的作用机制。方法:采用“2K1C”复合高脂灌胃法复制CMHH大鼠模型

同时设立正常组、假手术组。模型复制4周后取血压、血脂能同步升高的大鼠为成功模型

随机分为模型组、药物组、电针组与针药结合组(针药组)。干预4周后

观察大鼠血压(BP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)的变化及血浆血管性假性血友病因子(vWF)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)及纤溶酶原激活物抑制物1(PAI-1)的含量。结果:干预后

BP、TC、TG及vWF、t-PA及PAI-1水平与模型组相比

差异均有显著或非常显著性意义(P<0·05

P<0·01)

以针药组最为显著。结论:电针与针药结合均能下调CMHH模型大鼠BP、TC、TG水平

降低血浆vWF和PAI-1的水平

增加t-PA的含量

从而能有效防治CMHH及其可能引起的脑血管病。
