摘要

目的:探讨电针对下丘脑-垂体-靶腺轴特异性调节规律。方法:成熟雌性SD大鼠按动情周期的4个阶段随机分为假电针组、“关元”组、“内关”组。针刺治疗在早晨9∶30开始持续30min

下午15∶00时断头取脑组织。通过免疫组织化学染色观察促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)免疫反应在下丘脑与生殖内分泌相关核团的表达。结果:①动情周期不同阶段GnRH免疫反应表达的数量不同

动情前期和动情期较多;②针刺后在内侧视前区、弓状核、室旁核等部位动情周期的不同阶段GnRH免疫反应的表达均有不同程度的增加

尤其是“关元”组在动情间期和动情后期GnRH“强”免疫反应表达增加明显。结论:电针后下丘脑GnRH免疫反应表达明显增加的部位有内侧视前区、弓状核、室旁核等

“关元”组优于“内关”组

动情间期及动情后期表现明显。
