摘要

目的:对比观察电针后溪穴与药物治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效差异。方法:将300例急性腰扭伤患者随机分组

每组150例。电针组电针后溪穴

每日1次

3次为一疗程;药物组用莫比可治疗

每日口服1次

每次7·5mg。两组分别在治疗7天和1个月后进行近期和远期疗效评定。结果:近期疗效比较

电针组有效率为97·3%

药物组有效率为89·2%

二者疗效比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0·01);而远期疗效比较

电针组有效率为99·3%

药物组有效率为93·2%

二者疗效比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0·01)。结论:电针后溪穴治疗急性腰扭伤

近期疗效和远期疗效均优于药物组。
