摘要

目的:为增强穴位注射安全性和提高临床疗效提供依据。方法:以穴位注射、神经损伤为关键词

应用计算机检索CNKI中文期刊全文数据库内的相关文章进行分析研究。结果:大多数临床报道集中在运用穴位注射疗法治疗外伤、产伤所引起的神经损伤方面。研究表明穴位注射导致的外周神经损伤可分为3级;损伤机理可分为3类;损伤原因有取穴姿势不当、针刺角度深度有误和药物选择不当两种。结论:有必要对穴位注射疗法的操作进行规范

以避免外周神经的损伤。
