摘要

目的:观察针刺退热的临床疗效。方法:将86例高热患者随机分为两组

针刺组45例

针刺大椎;药物组41例

肌肉注射安痛定注射液。观察治疗前后24小时内患者的相关症状的改善和体温变化

采用单盲、前后对照的方法。结果:针刺组痊愈9例

药物组痊愈2例。针刺组退热效果明显优于药物组。结论:针刺退热疗效可靠

值得临床推广应用。
