摘要

目的:探讨在影像学诊断中针刺改变胃窦及十二指肠球变形时的作用

为确定病变性质提供可靠依据。方法:需做影像学检查的患者30例

其中球变形18例

胃窦变形12例。取足三里用平补平泻法

中强刺激

留针2分钟

点按中脘穴后观察影像学变化。结果:针刺后变形缓解26例

有效率86·7%。结论:本法简单、方便、直观、无毒副作用

有推广应用价值。
