摘要

目的:观察颈夹脊穴位注射对缺血性中风患者内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响。方法:将70例缺血性中风患者随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(35例)

治疗组采取颈夹脊穴位注射和针刺治疗

对照组只采用针刺治疗

2周为一疗程

疗程间休息1天

治疗2个疗程、4个疗程后检测ET、CGRP的变化

并于4个疗程后评价临床疗效。结果:颈夹脊穴位注射在降低ET的同时

可显著升高CGRP的含量;治疗组愈显率为88·6%

对照组为68·6%

两组比较

差异有显著性意义

P<0·05。结论:颈夹脊穴位注射对缺血性中风患者具有很好的临床疗效

并且能改善患者血浆ET、CGRP的水平。
