摘要

目的:观察低频电针对海洛因觅药行为和FosB蛋白在相关脑区表达的影响

探讨电针作用机制。方法:用累进固定比率程序建立大鼠海洛因复吸模型

动物随机分3组:“三阴交”留针对照组、低频弱电针组和低频强电针组。用条件性线索和小剂量海洛因引燃诱导海洛因觅药行为;运用免疫组化技术观察FosB蛋白表达。结果:与治疗前比较

留针对照组和弱电针组均能减少海洛因戒断大鼠条件性线索诱导的觅药行为

弱电针组处理后小剂量海洛因引燃诱导的觅药行为也较对照组明显减少

同时

弱电针组处理后伏隔核、腹侧苍白球、基底外侧杏仁核等脑区FosB蛋白的表达明显减少。而强电针组对觅药行为虽有一定抑制作用

但无统计学意义

海洛因引燃后活动度较对照组和弱电针组增高。结论:低频电针低强度刺激能治疗海洛因觅药行为

这种作用可能与调节伏隔核、基底外侧杏仁核等脑区的神经适应有关。
