摘要

目的观察运用灵龟八法按时开穴灸对衰老的影响和作用机理。方法以健康成年豚鼠为研究对象

随机分为5组

肾阳虚模型灵龟八法预防组(Ⅰ组)、肾阳虚模型命门灸预防组(Ⅱ组)、肾阳虚模型灵龟八法治疗组(Ⅲ组)、肾阳虚模型命门灸治疗组(Ⅳ组)、肾阳虚模型对照组(Ⅴ组)

以SOD、MDA为客观指标

比较灵龟八法按时开穴灸、命门灸对肾阳虚模型豚鼠自由基代谢的影响差异。结果在造模结束后

Ⅰ组及Ⅱ组没有出现肾阳虚征象

SOD、MDA的改变不明显;Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组及Ⅴ组均出现明显的肾阳虚症状

且SOD降低(P<0.01)、MDA升高(P<0.01或P<0.05);经治疗后

Ⅲ组的肾阳虚症状基本消失

SOD升高(P<0.01)、MDA降低(P<0.01)

与造模前相比无明显差异(P>0.05);Ⅳ组的肾阳虚症状改善明显

SOD升高(P<0.05)

但与造模前相比仍有差异(P<0.05)

MDA降低(P<0.05)

与造模前相比无显著性差异(P>0.05);而Ⅴ组的肾阳虚症状、SOD、MDA均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论灵龟八法按时开穴灸、命门灸均可以有效调节肾阳虚模型豚鼠的自由基代谢

对肾阳虚模型豚鼠具有明显的预防及治疗作用

其抗衰老机理与调节自由基代谢密切相关;灵龟八法按时开穴灸对肾阳虚模型豚鼠的治疗作用略优于命门灸。
