摘要

目的:观察浮针疗法治疗原发性痛经(PD)的临床疗效。方法:120例PD患者随机分为浮针组和药物组各60例

浮针组采用浮针疗法远取三阴交穴治疗

药物组采用口服吲哚美辛肠溶片治疗

观察两组患者的止痛效果。结果:浮针组与药物组总有效率分别为93·3%和75·0%;两组治疗前后疼痛评分比较差异有极显著性意义(P<0·001)

以浮针组更好(P<0·001);浮针组起效时间最快3分钟

明显快于药物组的30分钟(P<0·05)。结论:浮针疗法针刺三阴交穴治疗PD临床疗效优于口服吲哚美辛肠溶片。
