摘要

目的:探讨电针与药物治疗偏头痛肝阳上亢证的效应差异。方法:采用3中心随机对照研究方法

将300例患者随机纳入治疗组和对照组各150例

分别给予电针太阳穴和口服西药治疗

观察治疗前后头痛强度评分、头痛缓解度和缓解率的变化。结果:两组患者针刺或服药1次后

头痛强度的VAS评分呈动态降低趋势

治疗组治疗后3～4小时头痛强度评分达最低值

且降低的幅度大于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者头痛缓解持续时间分别为(388.6±430.1)分钟和(163.3±182.3)分钟

治疗组显著长于对照组(P<0.01);缓解率分别为80.1%、76.4%

组间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:电针太阳穴治疗偏头痛肝阳上亢证具有肯定的即时镇痛效应

其在效应的维持上优于常规西药治疗。
