摘要

目的:寻找治疗急性痛风性关节炎的新方法。方法:将60例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为电针结合穴位注射组(电针穴注组)和西药组

每组30例

分别采用电针结合穴位注射及口服西药治疗

观察2组的临床疗效

并于治疗前、后分别测定患者血清尿酸的含量。结果:两组疗效比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0·01);电针穴注组镇痛效果及降血尿酸效果均优于西药组(均P<0·01)。结论:电针结合穴位注射是治疗急性痛风性关节炎的有效方法

且可降低血尿酸。
