摘要

目的:寻找提高治疗面肌痉挛临床疗效的最佳方法。方法:选择面肌痉挛患者120例

随机分为电针透穴组40例、电针对照组40例、药物对照组40例。电针透穴组取头部百会透曲鬓、神庭透颔厌、头维透悬厘、本神透率谷

电针对照组取百会、阳白、地仓、颊车、翳风、合谷、太冲、三阴交

两组均每日1次

共治疗30天;药物对照组采用卡马西平0.1g

每日2次

共口服30天。从面肌痉挛强度分级和频度分级以及肌电电生理变化等方面判断其疗效。结果:电针透穴组能明显降低面肌痉挛的强度和频度

与其他两对照组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);对电生理指标影响

电针透穴组与其他两对照组比较差异亦有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:头部电针透穴治疗面肌痉挛能提高疗效

是目前治疗本病较佳的疗法。
