摘要

目的探寻治疗腰椎间盘突出症的较佳疗法。方法将116例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组(圆利针+推拿组)和对照组(毫针+推拿组)各58例

对治疗前后症状的改善情况进行对照观察。结果治疗组有效率为98.2%

对照组为82.8%

两组疗效比较(P<0.01)。结论圆利针结合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症能取得更好的疗效。
