摘要

目的:研究不同针法对中风偏瘫痉挛状态的康复疗效。方法:在统一诊断标准以及入选标准的前提下

152例患者随机分为体针组(A组)、体针加头皮针组(B组)、体针加腹针组(C组)、体针加头皮针加腹针组(D组)。采用修订的Ashworth痉挛评定级、Brunnstrom分级、简化Fugl-Meyer评价法、Barthel氏ADL指数分别评定痉挛程度、运动功能水平、日常生活能力

考察不同针刺方法对中风病偏瘫患者的疗效评价结果。结果:B、C、D组对痉挛状态的改善

运动功能水平、日常生活能力的提高均优于A组(P<0·01)

以D组疗效最佳(P<0·01)。结论:综合针法在改善痉挛状态方面有独特的优势

可提高患者的运动功能水平及日常生活能力。
