摘要

目的:观察不同穴位组合对脑梗死恢复期患者脑葡萄糖代谢的影响。方法:脑梗死患者12例

随机分为2组

醒脑开窍组(7例)选取内关、水沟、风池、三阴交、阴陵泉、太冲;常规针刺组(5例)选取合谷、曲池、足三里、阳陵泉和悬钟。针刺前后应用正电子发射型计算机断层显像(PET)技术观察脑局部葡萄糖代谢。结果:醒脑开窍组激活的脑区有梗死中心区、颞上回、丘脑、颞下回、直回、岛叶、枕外侧、顶叶、小脑;常规针刺组激活海马、额下回、尾状核、扣带回、楔前叶、顶叶。结论:不同穴位组合激活不同的脑区

说明了穴位与脑功能区存在特异联系。
