摘要

对近15年来文献中有关针灸治疗痴呆的临床研究和机理研究进行了综述。在临床研究中通过对针刺后相关痴呆量表和日常生活量表的积分变化、相关实验室指标、影像学指标以及物理诊断指标的变化进行了探讨。在机理研究中通过不同方法建立痴呆模型

观察各项指标的变化

从而探讨痴呆的机理。研究发现针灸对患者智能、社会生活能力的改善和提高疗效确切

对影响痴呆的重要指标变化有积极的作用

经过多年的实践积累了针灸治疗痴呆的临床和实验资料。但是在痴呆的诊断标准、疗效标准、证型规范、远期疗效评估及预后等方面尚存在不少问题

今后应加强这些方面的研究。
