摘要

目的:研究当代针刺临床优势病种。方法:从针刺临床文献发表年代、数量和比例关系入手

参照文献计量学方法来反映1978-2004年间的各类疾病在针刺临床中的治疗量和份额的发展变化趋势

进而在此基础上总结当代针刺临床优势病种。结果:在各类疾病临床量分级和临床比例变化趋势分型的基础上

当代针刺疾病明显优势型:神经系统疾病;成熟型:运动系统疾病;发展上升型:精神心理疾病等3种;待成熟型:外科(手术相关)疾病;平稳型:消化系统疾病(肝胆系统疾病除外)等3种;待发展型:耳鼻咽喉科疾病等5种。结论:优势明显型和成熟型病种综合优势最强

发展上升型病种发展势头最强

待成熟型病种具有较强的发展潜力。
