摘要

目的:观察温和灸结合拔罐疗法对运动性疲劳的消除作用。方法:将体操运动员30人随机分为2组

每组15人。大强度运动后

治疗组采用温和灸加拔罐治疗

对照组休息30分钟

观察运动员大强度训练和周期性大强度训练时血清肌酸激酶水平的变化情况。结果:停止训练16小时后

温和灸结合拔罐疗法对运动员一次大强度训练或周期性大强度训练引起的升高血清肌酸激酶水平为227U/L

明显低于对照组的321U/L(P<0·05)。结论:本法具有较好的消除运动性疲劳作用。
