摘要

目的:观察烧山火针法治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:将120例肩周炎病人随机分为治疗组57例和对照组63例

治疗组采用烧山火针法配合推拿手法和肩关节功能锻炼

对照组采用温针灸配合推拿手法和肩关节功能锻炼

2个疗程后评定疗效。结果:治疗组的有效率、治愈率分别为96.5%、70.2%

对照组分别为88.9%、50.8%

两组有效率差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)

但两组治愈率差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)

治疗组高于对照组。结论:烧山火针法治疗肩周炎有较好的疗效。
