摘要

目的:观察序贯疗法治疗中风病偏瘫的临床疗效

并探讨其作用机理。方法:将144例中风病偏瘫患者随机分为序贯疗法组(治疗组)和传统针刺组(对照组)各72例。治疗组根据患者处于软瘫期、痉挛期、相对恢复期、后遗症期选取不同的穴位

对照组统一采用常规取穴。治疗3个月后观察临床疗效

检测患者血浆内皮素(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)水平。结果:治疗组在改善患者神经功能缺损程度、总的生活能力状态、临床综合疗效、促进康复进程及降低血浆ET-1、升高NO水平等方面优于对照组(P<0.05

P<0.01)

且病程越短

疗效越佳。结论:序贯疗法治疗中风病偏瘫疗效显著

能降低血浆ET-1、升高NO水平

为治疗中风病偏瘫的有效疗法。
