摘要

目的:观察苍龟探穴法针刺天柱治疗颈源性头痛的疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为2组。治疗组36例采用苍龟探穴法针刺患侧天柱穴

先直刺

再依次向同侧的风池、风府及下方的颈夹脊、同侧枕骨粗隆方向透刺。对照组34例取患侧风池、天柱、率谷、头维、相应颈夹脊、后溪、阿是穴。行常规针刺手法。两组均每日针1次

6次为一疗程。结果:两组疗效经检验差异无显著性意义(P>0·05)

但从针刺镇痛的起效时段上看

前者的即刻、第2次、第3次后的愈显率高于后者

经统计学分析

差异有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论:苍龟探穴针法可以达到常规针刺的疗效

而且较常规针刺起效快。
