摘要

目的:优化术后胃瘫综合征(PGS)的针灸方法。方法:按会诊顺序随机将41例PGS患者分为3组

温针灸组(A组)17例

采用针刺与艾灸相结合的方法治疗;针刺配合耳穴贴压组(B组)12例

采用针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗;单纯针刺组(C组)12例

采用常规针刺的方法治疗。观察治疗后胃液引流量及治疗次数和痊愈率。结果:3种针灸治疗均可显著减少胃液引流量

A组痊愈率为100.0%

平均治疗(7.24±3.87)次;B组痊愈率为66.7%

平均治疗(9.83±4.60)次;C组痊愈率为75.0%

平均治疗(15.25±3.81)次。3组临床痊愈率差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);3组治疗次数差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:温针灸法是治疗PGS最佳的方法

治疗次数少

治愈率高

奏效快。
