摘要

目的:通过对肩穴的三维重建

来探讨穴位三维重建中神经血管难以表达的问题。方法:在VOXEL-MAN操作平台中

运用色度特征空间的交互式分割方法对肌肉等组织进行分割

对神经血管以数学建模的方式进行重建

并以运行脚本的方式来获取肩髎穴的进针动画。结果:在肩髎穴的三维进针动画中

可以系统地观察到各组织包括神经血管和针体的空间位置关系。结论:数学建模可以解决穴位三维重建研究中神经血管难以表达的问题;带有神经血管等穴周主要组织的穴位三维动画的生成

将有利于针灸教学和穴位经络实质的探讨。
