摘要

目的:观察早期针刺配合运动疗法治疗脑瘫高危儿对其发育商的影响。方法:将60例脑瘫高危儿分成治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)

治疗组采用针刺及运动疗法对高危儿进行预防性治疗

对照组未接受任何治疗

采用儿心量表观察发育商变化。结果:治疗组五能区发育商显著高于对照组(P<0·001)

且发育商分级比较差异也有非常显著性意义(P<0·005)

治疗组中脑瘫的发生也明显低于对照组(P<0·005)。结论:早期针刺配合运动疗法治疗能有效地改善脑瘫高危儿智力及运动发育

减少伤残

降低脑瘫的发生率。
