摘要

目的:对比温针灸与针刺加TDP照射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例符合膝骨关节炎诊断标准的患者随机分为温针灸组和针刺加TDP照射组

两组均取犊鼻、膝眼、阳陵泉等穴

隔日治疗1次

10次为一疗程

经2个疗程治疗后

比较疗效结果。结果:温针灸组临床基本痊愈率为30.0%

针刺加TDP照射组临床基本痊愈率为10.0%

两组疗效比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:温针灸是治疗膝骨关节炎的有效疗法。
