摘要

目的:探究电针防止帕金森病大鼠黑质多巴胺能神经元损伤的可能性。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、假手术组及电针组

将6-OHDA注入中脑右侧黑质造成单侧黑质损毁的帕金森病大鼠模型

采用TH/TUNEL法、旋转行为观察的方法

观察模型成功后电针“太冲”“风府”治疗3d、7d、14d大鼠旋转行为及黑质多巴胺能神经元凋亡变化。结果:每分钟旋转次数模型组3d、7d、14d基本相同

电针组14d时明显减少(P<0·05);旋转启动时间在7d、14d时模型组显著长于电针组(P<0·05);旋转持续时间

模型组、电针组在3d、7d、14d时持续时间逐渐缩短(P<0·01或P<0·05)

但7d、14d时

模型组持续时间显著长于电针组(P<0·05)。模型组DA神经元凋亡数明显高于正常组

具有非常显著性意义(P<0·01)

电针组凋亡数呈减少趋势

7d、14d时细胞凋亡数显著低于模型组(P<0·05)。结论:电针能有效防止帕金森病大鼠黑质多巴胺能神经元损伤。
