摘要

目的:研究条口穴基础主治。方法:根据多中心、随机对照、单盲(研究者、操作者、统计者三分离)的临床试验原则

将257例肩周炎病例分为两组。试验组124例

口服消炎止痛药联合针刺条口穴;对照组133例

单纯口服消炎止痛药。对比两组的临床疗效。结果:镇痛疗效方面

试验组总有效率为96.0%

对照组为91.7%

两组疗效差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);肩部功能活动改善方面

试验组总有效率为86.3%

对照组为59.4%

两组疗效差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺加口服消炎止痛药治疗肩周炎疗效显著

取效迅速

安全舒适

其疗效优于单纯服用消炎止痛药。
