摘要

目的:观察头穴不同留针时间治疗脑性瘫痪的疗效差异。方法:采用随机对照设计及靳三针疗法

进行头针留针1小时与30分钟治疗脑性瘫痪的疗效对比观察。结果:经治2个月后

留针1小时组对运动功能的改善优于留针30分钟组。结论:延长头针留针时间以达到足够刺激量是针刺治疗脑瘫取得较好疗效的重要因素。
