摘要

目的:探讨脑卒中后抑郁发病的相关因素。方法:220例初发脑卒中住院患者

以汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分评定其抑郁程度

以神经功能缺损程度评分标准评定神经功能缺损程度

分析二者相关性

同时分析卒中部位及病程与抑郁症发病的关系。结论:脑卒中后神经功能缺损与抑郁症的轻重程度成正相关

脑卒中后抑郁的发生与卒中部位位置无关

左利手患者右半球卒中后抑郁症的发病率高于左半球患者。
