摘要

目的:探讨针刺作用的机理中是否存在着体液因素。方法:取新生大鼠心肌细胞进行原代培养。5天后应用荧光分子探针Fluo3AM染色。激光共焦扫描显微镜动态扫描观察

加入正常血清和电针刺“内关”“间使”的血清后

观察心肌细胞内Ca2+含量的变化。结果:加入正常血清后

细胞内的Ca2+含量会有一定程度的升高

经过一段时间后升高的Ca2+含量会趋向平稳;而再加入针刺血清后

可明显降低心肌细胞Ca2+的含量(P<0.01)。结论:针刺腧穴后的大鼠血清可使心肌细胞内Ca2+含量明显降低

为针刺效应的血清学机制提供了直接证据。
