摘要

针灸治疗中风痉挛性瘫痪有显著的疗效

但与其他学科相比较

中风痉挛性瘫痪的疗效标准不统一、不规范

没有对患者症状的改善进行评定。用现有疗效评价标准评价针灸治疗的疗效是不全面的

针灸治疗中风痉挛性瘫痪在很大程度上改善了患者的临床症状

可以从患者的临床症状着手

建立患者报告的临床症状结局评价体系

以完善针灸治疗本病的疗效评定标准。
