摘要

目的:观察刺络放血法在肌肉拉伤治疗中的作用。方法:将股后肌群拉伤患者106例随机分组。治疗组(55例)取损伤部位阿是穴

电针后刺络放血;对照组(51例)单纯电针治疗。结果:两组治疗均有效。病程1

4天者治疗组与对照组比较

疗效差异不显著;14天以上者

治疗组优于对照组(P

0·05)。对于单纯肌腹损伤患者治疗组优于对照组(P

0·05)。结论:刺络放血加电针治疗肌肉拉伤疗效优于单纯电针

对病程长及单纯肌腹损伤患者具有治疗优势。
