摘要

目的:探讨以针灸推拿为主的非药物综合方案治疗颈椎病(神经根型)的临床价值。方法:采用五中心、单盲、随机、对照研究方法

将合格受试者660例按1∶1比例随机纳入治疗组(符合方案者317例)和对照组(311例)

分别给予以针灸推拿为主的非药物综合方案和以物理疗法为主的非药物综合方案治疗

建立证候测评表和多维的效应评价指标

评价疗效及安全性。结果:治疗组痊愈率42.9%

愈显率64.4%

优于对照组的16.7%、36.3%(P<0.01);治疗后两组临床证候得到改善

颈肩肢痛、颈项僵硬、颈部前屈异常、颈部旋转异常等指标的改善程度

治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);两组起效时间和疗程

治疗组均短于对照组(P<0.01);未发现所采用治疗方法的不良反应。结论:以针灸推拿为主的非药物综合方案治疗颈椎病(神经根型)

安全有效;其较之以物理疗法为主的非药物综合方案具有疗效优势。
