摘要

目的:探讨缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)患儿早期综合干预的方法。方法:将148例中、重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病急性期后患儿分为针刺组与对照组

针刺组予以按症取穴针刺加高压氧舱加康复训练的综合干预措施

而对照组急性期出院后

采用常规育儿措施

于3、6、12、18月龄时均进行智力测验。结果:6、12、18月龄时针刺组平均发育商比对照组分别高14.54分、21.46分、24.06分;18月龄后针刺组伤残率为7.2%

而对照组伤残率高达33.8%

两组之间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:早期针刺为主综合干预能有效地促进HIBD患儿精神运动发育

是改善预后、减少后遗症发生率、提高患儿生活质量的有效手段。
