摘要

目的:探寻电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症腰腿痛的有效方法。方法:将98例患者随机分成治疗组(53例)与对照组(45例)

两组分别进行局部单穴电针与常规取穴的电针治疗

共治疗8次

并分别采用简化疼痛量表(SF MPQ)对两组患者腰腿痛进行连续动态观测。结果:首次治疗后两组SF MPQ评分均较治疗前有极显著性差异(P<0.001)

且每个时间点两组间指标也具有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:局部单穴对腰椎间盘突出症腰腿痛具有较好的镇痛效果。
