摘要

目的:观察滞针法对风寒湿阻型类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法:将50例风寒湿阻型RA患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为2组

治疗组30例采用滞针法

对照组20例采用常规毫针刺法。治疗2个疗程后观察两组治疗前后症状总积分、压痛关节数、肿胀关节数以及血沉(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等变化。结果:治疗组和对照组在治疗风寒湿阻型RA方面均取得了显著的疗效

但治疗组在各项临床指标的观察上获得了更优于对照组的疗效

尤其是对RF、压痛关节数以及症状总积分的改善

与对照组比较差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:滞针法治疗风寒湿阻型RA的临床疗效肯定

具有明显的优势。
