摘要

目的观察针刺对维吾尔族单纯性肥胖症患者体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、血清瘦素水平、神经肽Y等指标的影响

研究针刺治疗单纯性肥胖症的机理。方法30例维吾尔族单纯性肥胖患者采用体针结合电针方法治疗

两个疗程后观察疗效及治疗前后各指标的变化。结果临床总有效率80·0%

BMI、WHR减少

血清瘦素水平下降(P<0·001)。结论维吾尔族单纯性肥胖患者体内可能存在瘦素抵抗

针刺能够降低肥胖机体外周瘦素含量。
