摘要

目的:观察阳陵泉治疗外踝关节扭伤的增效作用。方法:将79例外踝关节扭伤患者半随机分为治疗组(46例)与对照组(33例)。治疗组采用阳陵泉针刺和局部穴位电磁疗

对照组仅采用局部穴位电磁疗。结果:治疗组治愈率为67.4%

总有效率为91.3%;对照组治愈率为36.4%

总有效率为69.7%。两组比较

治愈率和总有效率差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01

P<0.05)。结论:针刺阳陵泉对外踝关节扭伤有较好疗效。
