摘要

目的观察埋线治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效

并与西药治疗进行对照。方法将116例溃疡性结肠炎的患者随机分为两组

治疗组56例采用大肠俞、足三里、上巨虚等穴位埋线

对照组60例口服柳氮磺胺吡啶4

g/天

两组均于治疗前及治疗后4周、66g/天

两组均于治疗前及治疗后4周、6

周时复查内镜评估疗效及治疗前后症状改善状况

大便性状及腹痛变化比较。结果治疗组的近期及远期疗效为96.4%和98.2%

均优于对照组的86.7%和91.7%(P

0.05)。结论穴位埋线治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效较佳

不良反应较少。
